HTC. Where's the sense of responsibility?

After 1 month of tussling with HTC, finally the reply came...

 

Your case had gone through another round of reviews and management had considered your requests in your previous mail seriously.

But seriously, why wait till 1 month and I'm majorly pissed then they start to consider my request seriously. Look at this mail. Who wrote this?!?! Who's in charge here? Nobody... Why? Cos everybody know this was just a bad mistake and nobody wants to be responsible for it. Just before this mail as a final resort to push me away, they said the problem belonged to Singtel. Good try buddy. I'm just hounding you until someone in HTC takes responsibility cos if it were not your fault in the 1st place, should have told me. We've already been at this for a month and you want to push it away now that you realised I'm asking for names.

No names no appointment. Just a generic email address just doesn't cut it. Sometimes you get away with stupid decisions, but sometimes, when you meet someone like me, you just don't get the chance. Now let's see if they make good their promise.
