So this is it. HTC has returned me $201.15 by courier. plus a screen protector, which is basically 1 piece of plastic, and I already told them I have it and I don't need another one. The phone only has 1 screen... Finally they replied an email with Ray the Call Center Supervisor for Singapore who wrote his name in. I'm not replying to them anymore. But this shows how dumb customer service procedures are. Why leave a bad taste with the customer? This "wait and hope that the customer gives up" strategy must be working otherwise they wouldn't have insisted for so long. It's wrong but many companies are still adopting it.

It's over anyway. Glad I got my money back otherwise there would be hell to pay.
