Been spending a lot of time designing a major virtual mall for my company. Must be cool, must be intuitive, must be effective (for the vendors), must be innovative, and most importantly it must make money for the company. So after weeks of deliberation on business models, execution processes, system design and lots and lots of meeting people, stress and disputes. It's underway... So look out for it.

In the process, I've been thinking about the dozens of friends, relatives, colleagues, ex colleagues who have asked me this magical question. How do I sell my xxx online? Or can you sell my xxx for me? Now is the time to ask me that same question.

If you retail shop is not selling online.

Your blogshop/website is not selling well.

You have no idea how to sell online.
