Been so busy lately I don't have time to update new ideas about the web here. But I'll be writing a guide to the phases of a .com startup real soon. I've been with this company for a few months now and I've realised that phases when skipped can really set you back and if you rush into matters will you'll experience disarray like never before. Made me so busy it makes me want to give up on them sometimes. But then again, I've a few really dedicated colleagues who are trying to make this work so I guess I'll have to give it another shot and talk to the boss tomorrow again...
