Here's another reason why I'm going to support the open source community more. My mouse suddenly stopped working inside MS Word... Some spyware causing trouble? No... So they do know that it happens but they won't fix it. It's the second time an update has caused Word problems for me. I thought I paid for the product. Shouldn't it come fixed instead of buggy? My next computer will work on openoffice. I'm quite sure of it. At least if it doesn't work there's a huge community of people complaining/trying to fix it.
