Joomla Frontend edit with JCE

I just noticed a bug with the frontend edit of Joomla. I'm using JCE Editor just for the records. After saving on the frontend, it screws up my youtube embeds. I think it has to do with how the code is translated on save at the frontend. Doesn't have the same problem in the backend though.

Observing that this is becoming quite a prevalent issue. We have turned every module off/on to see if there is a clash somewhere, we have tried 4 editors to no avail, we have contacted our hosting services - no issues there, we have contacted all module devs - in a nutshell, we've tried everything we can possibly think of to find the solution, but the only thing we find now is that you cannot edit from the front of Joomla - on 'save' the code is stripped. Is this a Joomla core issue? (1.5.9 in use here) - or does someone have THE solution?
